PROGRAM GUIDELINES

  • Purchases must be made from an authorized CANADIAN U.S. Kids Golf Retailer. ++If you reside in the United States click here.
  • Collect UPC(s) and original register receipt(s) for at least FIVE (5) clubs. (The UPC is the SILVER BAR CODE STICKER located on the club shaft.)
  • Multiple Discounts are allowed if you submit in increments of five (5) clubs: 5 clubs=1club free. 10 clubs=2 clubs free, etc.
  • Qualifying Club Combinations: Clubs are totaled in increments of five (5) clubs. 3-club and 4-club sets require an additional purchase to equal five (5) clubs.
  • For 7-club sets, retain two (2) UPCs for your next redemption opportunity!

2.  Download the CANADIAN 6th Club Free Form (Adobe Acrobat Reader required):

3.  Print and complete the form and include:

  • The original UPC(s) silver bar code sticker
  • Cash register receipt(s)

Please allow up to two weeks from receipt of items to receive the discount code via email. The code is valid for one-time use and active for 30 days to redeem on our website. Regular shipping rates and sales tax apply. The DISCOUNT CODE may be used only once (no remaining balance will be retained after purchase) and is valid for any PRODUCTS on uskidsgolf.ca. If needed, please print page one (1) multiple times to place additional UPC codes. USED OR CLOSE-OUT GOLF CLUBS are not eligible for the 6th Club Free program. The discount code is not applicable to tournament registrations or coaching seminars.

Drivers, woods, and hybrids are not fully covered with the 6th Club Discount Code. For a 10-club Tour Series set, you will receive two $70 discount codes. Codes can be used in one transaction or in separate purchases. The customer is responsible for the difference after the code is applied. The 6th Club Free discount code does not cover shipping and applicable taxes.
