Shipping and Returns

We currently ship to the 10 Canadian Provinces with standard ground shipping. We ship with FEDEX, Canada Post, UPS and Purolator as shipping providers for all orders. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).

U.S. Kids Golf is not responsible for weather or other unforeseen delays after a package is transferred to a selected carrier.

Returns

We're all about making sure you're happy with your purchase! If for any reason it's not a perfect match, no worries – we've got you covered. Just reach out to us within 30 days of when your order shipped, and we’ll happily set you up with a return authorization (RA) number.

As long as your item is still brand new (yep, that means unused and in its original packaging), we’ll gladly take it back – no questions asked! Shoot us an email to get the process started

Items with embroidery, customization, or personalization are made just for you, so they’re final sale and can’t be returned. We hope you love them as much as we loved making them!

You'll handle the shipping arrangements and costs on returns, and be sure to send it back within 15 days of getting your RA number. We’ll need to receive it within 45 days of when we shipped your order.

But hey, if it turns out we made a mistake (oops!), we’ve got your back! We'll email you a prepaid shipping label so you can return it on us – be sure to ship it out within 15 days of getting that RA number.

All used golf club purchases are final sale.

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we warranty all of our new products, bought from an authorized retailer or distributor, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from the original purchase date under normal use.

If you've purchased one of our LIKE NEW golf clubs from our Equipment Outlet, we’ve got you covered for six months. While an exact replacement might not always be available, we promise to repair or replace your club with the same or a comparable product. Please note, USED products from the Equipment Outlet don’t qualify for warranty.

Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by third parties, normal wear and tear like paint scratches, fading, or worn grips, or cosmetic blemishes. And of course, we can’t cover items that have been altered, abused, or misused.

For any items not bought through an authorized retailer or distributor, or if a product has been altered (except for re-gripping), the warranty won’t apply.

To get started, contact us through email and simply provide proof of purchase (an original receipt) with a short description of what happened. We'll make sure to get your replacement back to you at no charge if approved. We reserve the right to repair or replace your product with the same or a comparable one.
